What do you do with yourself when you want to eat the entire house? My Fiance is away on a business trip and I find myslef wanting to snack and eat with out regard to my points balance.....I think Im going to go to a movie tonight just to stay away from the kitchen.

Keep your hands busy.
For me, I don't allow food near the computer, so I spend a lot of time on the computer at home. Reading in bed also helps me.

I have a lot of one point things around (I like lime ice pops from trader joes) to help me when I am craving food. I always find when I do WW I obsess about food...because I am thinking about what I can have ALL the time. I think taking a walk sometimes helps (but with the crap weather it's hard). Take up knitting! -

Wed, February 27, 2008 - 5:01 PMbrush my teeth. drink tea. meditate. breathe through it. do yoga. dance. and mostly, i just get the food out of the house that i'm likely to binge on -- if it isn't in my house, i can't eat it.
