Whew. It feels good. I'm still struggling, but today I weighed in for my first week of actually counting points on the Flex program at WW. I lost 3 pounds even. I stayed pretty much within boundaries (in daily point limits and the extra points allowed), but I splurged on a sliver of pie, and some maui short ribs from trader joe's. Stay AWAY from those short ribs...there's like a gazillion fat grams in a serving. NOT worth it. I also ate about 2-3 portions of flank steak last night, but I didn't feel as badly as if I had eaten ribeye or something. All reasonable amounts and even when I wanted to go nuts eating badly, I was able to be smart about it. That hadn't happened in a long while!

Sat, February 2, 2008 - 1:05 PMYay for three pounds! That's a great loss! I lost 1.2 lbs this week. I'm glad it was a loss. Two days ago I was the same as before and then yesterday I stopped taking my BC pills and I felt so much better. -
