Hows everyone doing? any accomplishments or wagon falling offs to share?

last night I stopped eating my dinner when I got full....that was a new concept for me!

I'm haing a problem motivating myself to drink water....

    Doing just OK here, not fabulous. I'm totally going over my points almost daily, but possible little enough that I'll stay within my extra allotted points.
    I do great all day long and then at dinner/after dinner I kind of stop counting points but still try to be 'good'. I don't know why I'm doing it exactly ....rebellion? laziness...hunger...fear of not getting enough...whatever it is, it probably won't be a big loss this week.

      I lowered my daily points by 5 so that when I go over (pretty much every day) it's like I'm still staying in my points and I don't use all my flex points.

        Well, I am in my 5th week and down 11lbs. I have well now, 40 points a day and most days I have a hard time even getting to 40. Some days I go a little over though. Last night was one, we bought Papa Murphy's "'garlic-chicken-bacon-artichoke" de-lite. Not really all that bad points-wise, I just had about 5 slices :-(
        I really love micro-popcorn and the 94% fat-free is just "palatable" enough to eat when I want a snack!! That has been my diet hero plus it is just salty enough to make me thirsty so I want to drink some water!!! Sometimes diet Dr Pepper or Coke Zero too. Kind of a double whammy! MMMMM Cherry Coke Zero allllggggg....
        That last part was supposed to sound like Homer Simpson. :-p
